The Sheer Layer has lovely glitter scrollwork designs all around the hemline, and the shirt measures approximately 12 inches long. Comes with a beautiful metallic set of wings with stitching to resemble feathers and a 17 inch wingspan. Elastic shoulder loops with a Velcro closure keep the wings in place.
