Shipping policy

At Dr. Hyde’s Lab, we strive to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Warehouse Orders: Items shipped directly from our warehouse usually ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Third-Party or Drop-Ship Orders: Some items are fulfilled by third-party vendors. These items are subject to the vendor’s shipping policies, and delivery times may vary. Please note that we do not have control over shipping times for these items.
General Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we work closely with our partners to minimize any inconvenience.
