Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in cases where items are received damaged or missing.

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem by either replacing the item or issuing a refund for the affected product.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping once they leave our facility.
