Moire Tie-Back Blouse

An authoritative design with ruffled sleeves & puffed shoulders. Made from Suede fabric, the blouse has three buttons at neck & two buckles above the bust area. The main feature of the blouse is the back side with drawstring & eyelets in a criss-cross pattern. The blouse has been lined with Black Shantung fabric.
